Each team member is fully trained and the experience to guarantee all of your carpets cleaning requirements. Upon arrival a survey will be
carried out to determine stains, odours, dirt, wear and tear, and the expected outcome from the clean.
All sofas are moved when cleaning takes place, and either silver foil, or blocks are placed under the legs. This prevents any possibility of
bleeding from the natural wood on your upholstery.

We have been delivering a carpet cleaning service in Warrington for a long time now. Unlike some companies who travel from outside the
area, and you have to pay an inflated price for their time and travel. Being a family owned business that gives our customers what they
need and within an affordable budget.
Apart from cleaning carpets, we also clean rugs, upholstery being either fabric or leather.

inferior or incorrect chemicals.
A customer contacted us for a second opinion on a carpet clean they had received.
We had previously spoken to the customer and provided a price to clean their lounge carpet.
We ask a few questions such as size of carpet, do they know what fibre it is, what is the issue with the carpet, any urine issue. You get the
jist.
They opted for the cheaper price.
As the saying goes what you pay for is what you get.
We had quoted £65.00 for the through lounge. The customer opted for the £19.99 special from a competitor of ours.

The customer asked the original carpet cleaner to return. The customer was told this was the cleanest they could get it. The carpet was
still full of stains, and there was a musty odour smell.
We were contacted and asked what we thought of the carpet. Our reaction was has this been cleaned?
We did a survey of the carpet. We found that the ph level was at 9 instead of 7.5 which indicated that the carpet when cleaned did not
receive an acid rinse to remove the alkaline chemicals used.
We had to start from scratch. The carpet needed cleaning twice.
The first clean was to remove all the chemicals still held in the carpet. The water temperature used was just cold water. Using cold water to
flush unwanted chemicals ensures that they are not sealed to the carpets fibres.
Once this was done the correct ph chemical was misted onto the carpet. This was gently agitated into the fibres of the carpet. This
process was repeated. Just from agitating the carpet we could see a change in the carpets colours
We then steam cleaned the carpet. Using steam ensures that all fibres are treated, all odours are destroyed, and the carpet is in the best
possible condition.
