All carpet cleaning has a process which was taught to us via the Ncca and IICRC, which we still use today.
Being a Warrington based company we CAN attend to your call more efficiently.
Carpets and Upholstery are cleaned to the highest possible standard.
Preparation on cleaning your carpets or sofa’s helps to achieve great results.
Our initial survey is always carried out to ensure that we can clean your
requirements using the appropriate cleaning system. In the event that
stains are present we can quickly advise if they will be removed. Our years
of experience can normally tell us in an instant if this is the case.
With the power of our machines carpets can be dry in as little as two hours.
Areas we cover
Our professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service is available across all of the
Warrington areas including Birchwood, Bewsey, Fearnhead, Grappenhall, Latchford,
Martinscroft, Orford, Paddington, Padgate, Stockton Heath, Walton, Woolston and
more.
In the event that we are cleaning more than one room, we use air movers to
assist the drying process.
As you can imagine we have visited a large number of properties and have
worked on a high volume of interesting issues.
So how would we clean your carpets?
Firstly we would vacuum your carpets. We vacuum north, south, east , and
west. The vacuum process will remove upto 80% of dust particles in your
carpet.
Our second process is the chemicals we use. We apply the appropriate
chemical to your carpet which is then left to dwell for around ten minutes. After
this time we agitate the chemical in the fibres.
The carpet cleaning then takes place, and finally we comb your carpet fibres
back into place.
So if you have a dialling code of 01925 you no that we are not far from you.
Be it Warrington, Lymm, or Newton le Willows.
Carpet Cleaning Warrington is not a job for us, it is our passion. We love tackling those dirty
carpets, rugs and upholstery and bringing them back to life for our customers. Making them
look clean, fresh, and stain free. Putting that smile back on the customers face.
During the last 18 plus years we have met some amazing people, and carried out some
strange, unusual and large one off works.
Such as working for two lottery millionaires, local government buildings, hotels, nhs buildings,
and murder scenes. The list is endless. No day is the same.
Did you know not all cleaners are equal? In fact some claim to be professional despite
having no training at all. If they are trained to the minimum standards of the Ncca standards
you can be rest assured that the service you receive will be of the highest standards. And
added to that all those years of day in day out plying our trade we have under our belt.
From being able to identify your carpets fibres correctly, applying the recommended
chemicals if applicable, and giving your carpets, rugs and upholstery the deep clean required
they need.
We use a variety of techniques to clean your carpets and other furnishings. Just like washing
your clothes. A different programme for your clothes, i.e. would you boil your woollen
clothes?
We would not clean a Wilton carpet using steam or hwe, this type of carpet would need to be
cleaned by either the dry carpet system, or low moisture system depending on the quality of
the carpets fitting.
This is where experience counts.
The recommended schedule is at least once per annum and more often if you are an animal
lover. It’s a bit like having a mot and service. You spend a lot of money so you want your
investment to last you as long as possible.
Stains in your carpets or other fabrics can be an eye sore. Please do not attempt to remove
these as you could make these permanent. If the stain caused is a solid use a spoon to lift
the solid away. Using the stain removal products you can by over the counter in most cases
make the stain worse. We see carpets that have been damaged when a customer has tried
to rub the stain away.
Have a look at our blog for stain removal for the homeowner.
Another very common stain is urine.
Normally this is pet urine however we do clean human as well.
We have cleaned sofas after a party, where people think they are in the toilet. And yes this
happens more often than you would think.
The examination of urine issues involves a detailed survey, moisture testing to access the
exact location, and we also use a Uv torch, and this helps us determine what course of
action is required. When we are in this mode we are like CSI.
If the urine has turned the fabrics yellow or orange, this is now a bleached stain. Some
bleached stains can be reversed, however, this is down to what your carpet is made off.
What we would advise you to do in the case of a urine accident is to place a towel over the
area and pat it, trying to absorb as much moisture as possible, never rub. Urine can if in
large quantities can seep into your underlay. In this situation the underlay will need to be
removed and replaced.
We can uplift your carpet and replace the underlay and refit your carpet for you.
To help you extend the life of your expensive items our tip is to vacuum as often as you can.
Use crevice tools for those hard to reach areas. Vacuum slowly to remove as much grit and
dust as possible. Grit can act like sandpaper which can damage the fibres over time.
We love taking pictures of our works, and we post videos from past customers. We have
different videos on our homepage and contact page, and some on out blog pages.
Our reputation for delivering a great cleaning service is growing and we now are working
outside of the 01925 area and we are now carpet cleaning St Helens.
