level. We then steam cleaned the carpet. Making slow passes. As we were using steam, we applied low pressure. With our truck

mount machine we have powerful vacuums. The carpets were dry within 90 minutes.

You may wonder what the cost was for this job. We charged the customer £125.00. This was for three standard bedroom carpets,

landing, stairs, and lounge.

The picture below is of blood removal. The lady cut her and left these bloodstains on her wool mix carpet.

The process took a while completely. Once all the stains had been removed, we then steam cleaned the carpet.

It was lovely the reaction we received when we completed the clean-up. This job involved a lot of slow cold water flushing.

As a tip for any customer, when removing a stain on any fabric, always use cold water to start. The reason is that heat on a stain can

A protein chemical was applied. As this was an 80% wool, we used a neutral version of this product.

The process took a while to complete. Once all the stains had been removed, we then steam cleaned the carpet.
